The Basics: Every automation consists of a Trigger (what starts the process) and an Action (what happens next).
Let’s build a simple "Lead Notification" workflow:
Create a Scenario: Click on "+ New Workflow" on your dashboard.
Set the Trigger: Select Type Form (or your preferred form tool) and choose "New Form Submission"
Connect Account: Authorize your account securely.
Set the Action: Choose Slack or Email. Select "Send a Message."
Map Data: Select email fields from the form into your message body.
Test & Active: Run a test with Execute Workflow button, and if it works, switch it to "Enabled."
