Microsoft Outlook trigger disconnecting by itself?

I’ve created a two part automation, where the first part sends me content of mails on Microsoft Outlook as a chat message, this usually works fine.
The second part of the automation is triggered from a mail I send to that same Microsoft Outlook which works, but for some reason it disconnects itself from Microsoft Outlook every now and then, resulting that I get the content from other automation, but when I try to do something about that Automation A the Automation B does not trigger because Microsoft Outlook is no longer listening. Any tips on how to keep it listening always?

This is a very common issue when integrating with Microsoft Outlook!

The reason it disconnects is due to how Microsoft handles "instant" triggers. Microsoft Outlook API push subscriptions have a strict time limit of exactly 4230 minutes (just under 3 days). If your automation platform doesn't automatically renew this subscription in the background, Outlook simply stops sending data, and your automation stops listening.
